Cupping Therapy
Suction Healing
Cupping therapy uses a cup to suction an area of skin to decompress muscle and connective tissue, promoting blood flow to the area. This can aid in circulation, pain relief and help the body's own natural healing process.

Massage Therapy
Body Therapy
Massage Therapy is the manipulation of muscle and tissue using primarily your hands. Massage Therapy can be used for a variety of different treatments, such as the alleviation of stress, healing injured tissue, relaxation and many others. Massage Therapy has many benefits including: improving joint mobility, increasing circulation, reducing muscular tension and decreasing pain and discomfort.
Acupuncture
Needle Therapy
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are used as safe, non-invasive, effective treatments for many medical conditions.
The basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of balance. When there is balance, everything functions in harmony, both in the world and in our bodies. Acupuncture stimulates points in your body using hair-thin needles to release blocked energy, know in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Qi. As energy releases endorphins and other feel good hormones are released in the body aiding in many health and wellness concerns such as pain relief, improving mood as well as increased alertness and memory

Cosmic Acupuncture
Needle Therapy
Cosmetic acupuncture uses extra thin silicon-coated needles to stimulate motor muscles in the face to increase blood flow and energy. This practice nourishes the muscles and skin improving circulation allowing your body to deliver nutrients and oxygen to the skin cells. Cosmetic acupuncture can help the complexion and improve the skins natural glow. This practice can also improve elasticity, minimize fine lines, wrinkles, scarring and other signs of aging
Platinum Laser
Aesthetics
Cosmetic Therepy
Platinum Laser Aesthetics offers laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation treatments including skin tightening, skin resurfacing, photorejuvenation and acne treatments. She enjoys seeing old clients, meeting new clients and helping them all with their skin concerns.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Holistic Therapy
Vinyasa is finding the movement between postures, using flowing sequences coordinated with the breath. Finding your foundational poses and growing them into new variations. Each class will end with finding stillness within the body, mind and heart. Leave feeling relaxed, balanced and supported
Celluma Light Therepy
Cosmetic Therapy
Celluma LED Light therapy is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. This treatment is ideal for those who want to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, promote collagen production or to manage acne and pain. The treatment is non-invasive, painless, requires no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.

Breath work and Meditation
Holistic Therapy
Breathwork and meditation are about finding stillness within. Breathwork gently guides you to connect with your breath, calming the mind and body. Meditation allows you to explore that stillness further, fostering inner peace and balance. Leave feeling centered, grounded, and deeply at ease.
